What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing is a general term for feeling comfortable, healthy or happy. At Mitchells & Butlers, we want to help you live and feel well, with support available to help increase your wellbeing so that you love more moments within and outside of work.
Why is wellbeing important?
Wellbeing is important to us all in a variety of ways. What is important to one person may be different to what is important to another. The different aspects of wellbeing come under 5 pillars:
Physical
Mental
Environmental
Social
Financial
There is so much information across these areas, that we have created this page for you and your family that you can use and access the resources whenever you need it. With lots of useful and practical advice it can be your first port of call when you need help or information on a specific area or situation you may come across.
